RETURNS + EXCHANGES


As customers and clients of the Marbled Birch Boutique, we truly appreciate you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue an online store credit for the price paid for the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of the date your order was delivered. Merchandise must be unworn and in new condition- tags still attached, and free of any stains, odors, or alterations. If merchandise does not meet all of the criteria, Marbled Birch has the right to refuse the transaction. 

To initiate a return/exchange please email support@marbledbirch.com within 10 days of the merchandise delivery date: Please include your order number, what you would like to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange. DO NOT send anything back until you contact us and receive a reply.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. **Please note, if 10 business days have gone by since the return initiation and your return still hasn't been received, we will no longer be able to offer you a store credit or exchange. Your purchase will become final sale at this point.

The following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bralettes
  • Holiday pieces
  • Masks
  • Mystery Purchases
  • Swimwear

In the unfortunate event that you receive something that is defective, please email support@marbledbirch.com within 3 days of receiving your order: Please include your order number and a photo of the defect. If we are not notified within this time frame, your item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correct upon purchase. If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable”, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges to re-ship the package. We will hold all returned packages for 14 days after invoice for shipping is sent. After that, all items will be donated.

*NOTE: Once USPS has marked your package as delivered, we are no longer responsible for any items that might be missing, stolen, or packages damaged in transit.
